Join us for a special evening of conversation and insights into design in the public sector with Ryan Hum, Associate Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Client Experience Officer (CCXO) at Service Canada, and his leadership team. In this talk "Emotion in Design of Public Services: the impact of micro-interventions on recent national scale programs", we will explore the powerful role that emotions play in shaping public service experiences and how small, intentional design decisions can create a meaningful impact on a national scale. Expect thoughtful discussions, shared stories, and new perspectives on designing for the public good.
