### Why Attend?

Arthur Kuzmin’s wife, a QA Engineer, was struggling in the competitive job market. She spent hours every evening applying to jobs, but the results were frustrating. Only a small percentage of applications resulted in responses.

So, they decided to delegate the task to an AI agent.

Does it improve the conversion rate? Honestly, not by much—only 1-2% of applications lead to a conversation.

The real difference is that now they have a working funnel, just like in sales. This allows them to focus on optimizing the funnel and improving conversion rates, rather than wasting time on repetitive manual tasks.

Join Arthur in this session, where he will walk you through how you can build your own AI agent to automate tasks like job applications, and simplify your daily workflows using tools like Firebase Studio (similar to Lovable) and Firebase GenKit (similar to LangChain or CrewAi).

About HealthTech Challenge

The HealthTech Challenge is a interdisciplinary program at Mount Royal University that empowers student teams to develop innovative, real-world solutions to pressing health challenges. Participants collaborate across disciplines, guided by expert mentors, to design and prototype health technologies addressing issues such as aging, nutrition and mobility. Through hands-on experience students gain practical skills in product development, project management, and user-centered design, culminating in a final showcase of their work.
