Organizations across Calgary are moving quickly from experimenting with AI to figuring out what it actually means for their businesses, their teams, and their workforce. In September, Tech Talent Tuesdays brought together senior leaders from organizations ranging from growth-stage technology companies to large global employers for the fourth Calgary Workforce Advantage Quarterly Roundtable. The discussion focused on a simple question: Where is AI actually paying off, what does it cost, and what is slowing adoption down? At the next Tech Talent Tuesdays, we are bringing several of those leaders back together to share what emerged from that conversation and explore what it means for Calgary employers and professionals. Rather than presentations or case studies, this will be a candid panel discussion about what organizations are seeing inside their businesses as AI moves from experimentation into day-to-day operations.
