About this event
Session Overview Can you build a successful tech product without a Computer Science degree? Absolutely. In fact, learning to build as a founder looks completely different than studying to become a software engineer. Traditional Computer Science (CS) courses dive deep into theory and algorithms that are often far beyond the scope of what you need to launch a business. As an entrepreneur, your goal isn’t to pass a technical interview, it's to build a working product, talk to users, and iterate fast. Led by a self-taught software engineer and Economics undergraduate, Ennis, who built an application with over 1,000 active users, this interactive workshop is designed specifically for non-technical students and aspiring founders. You will learn how to navigate the modern technical landscape, bypass academic fluff, and focus strictly on the skills required to get your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) off the ground.
